Emmanuel Missionary Institute, (EMI), is a non-profit 501( C3) religious organization. Established in 1992 by Ray and Judy DeCarlo, we are an educational ministry dedicated to the proclamation of the everlasting gospel of Revelation 14:6-12. For the past 25 years EMI has been involved in teaching, evangelism, and literature distribution throughout the world. It is our prayer that EMI will continue “to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” Luke 1:17
Our staff consists of a husband and wife team, Ray and Judy DeCarlo. Ray has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Evangelism, and is the director and speaker for the ministry. Additionally, he has more than three decades of teaching and preaching experience, leading him to travel the world many times over. After graduating from college in 1989, Ray was a Bible Instructor at Hartland College for three years. But in 1992 he decided to branch out to start a ministry now called EMI. His wife Judy has an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business and manages all of our office functions, including distribution of media materials on CD and our website.
